Introduction to Massage workshops

Two Farnley primary schools are the latest to engage in this lighthearted introductory to massage workshop. This fun afternoon introduced the participants to basic massage moves as well as a variety of massage oils and their benefits. At the end of the session those attending left with the basic knowledge and confidence to perform a short hand massage on family or friends. The workshop gave the mums attending the opportunity to meet other parents, share experiences and to have many questions about complementary therapy's answered.
